Just got back from Disney a few hours ago. Lots of pictures here and videos here. Misty and I must have walked nearly 50 miles across all the parks and Downtown Disney.

There is one thing about Disney that I didn't remember as a child; everything is perfect. Nothing is broken, nothing is missing, no one is rude, everything is clean. They strive for perfection and in my eyes, they achieve it. Another thing I took with me is inspiration for innovation. The 'imagineers' at Disney find ways to incorporate the little mouse into everything from hydroponically grown pumpkins to rock formations in a pond. There is a placard in front of Magic Kingdom that I felt really epitomizes what Disney represents:

Walt Disney World is a tribute to the philosophy and life of Walter Elias Disney and to the talents, the dedication and the loyalty of the entire Disney organization that made Walt Disney's dream come true. May Walt Disney World bring joy and inspiration and new knowledge to all who come to this happy place, a Magic Kingdom where the young at heart of all ages can laugh and play and learn..... together.
